Mr. Riot is the former Gym Leader that Steven will tell you to go see after you win your first Badge. Although he is retired now, Mr. Riot still enjoys meeting new trainers and offering them gifts! Mr. Riot's love of Pokemon never seems to cease to amaze anyone, even his wife! He doesn't seem to love any certain type of Pokemon, and is researching Pokemon with Professor Redwood! Mr. Riot receives every Pokemon that hatches from Professor Redwood's Lab that doesn't belong to a trainer, and all he does is set them out into his backyard!
If you come to visit, Mr. Riot will offer you:

In order to use this move outside of battle, you must have the Sting Badge.
