[Desiree's arrival to Nimoona Village was not at all the super glamorous one he had thought he'd come too. There were no parties, no parades.. not even one balloon! And as if things could get any worse, the entire village seemed completely oblivious as to who he was! After telling off the people who were just oh-so rude him, Desiderio marched his way on over to the Pokemon Lab, dancing in with high spirits in hope that perhaps the receiving of his starter would go better. But then, the absolute most horrible, repulsive, hurtful thing happened; one of those dowdy aides came out to help him wearing his outfit! Des couldn't believe what was happening; all he wanted was to get out of this terrible village. After an incredibly awkward conversation with Isabella, the aide who stole his ensemble, Desiree took his leave with his new Chikorita in tow. Hmph.. hopefully this Pokemon training gig wouldn't all be so traumatic..]
