With the coming of the changing leaves, Pokemon can be found in hoards varying from location to location. As the weather becomes colder and food more scarce, Pokemon find more of their own and will huddle together for warm. However, it is still too warm for Ice Pokemon to show up, but Normal Pokemon are at an all time high.
